At WOW & NOW, we want you to shop with confidence. We carefully check and pack every order before dispatch to ensure that your products reach you safely and in good condition.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-Day Return Policy, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.

7-Day Return Policy

Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned with the original packaging, tags, accessories and other items received with the order.
  • Not be damaged, altered, washed, used or tampered with.
  • Include the original invoice/order details wherever applicable.

Products returned without their original packaging or with signs of use or damage may not be eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your Order ID
  • Product name/details
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photographs or video of the product, if requested by our team

Our team will review the request and guide you through the return process.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during delivery
  • Defective
  • Different from the product ordered
  • Missing any important part or accessory

We may request photographs or an unboxing video to verify the issue and process the appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping

Depending on the reason for the return, return shipping arrangements may vary.

For products that are damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped by WOW & NOW, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution as per our policy.

For returns due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons, return shipping charges, where applicable, may be deducted from the refund.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the return is approved, the eligible refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or as otherwise communicated by WOW & NOW.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on your bank, payment gateway or financial institution.

Exchange

Where applicable, customers may request an exchange within the 7-day return period, subject to product availability and eligibility.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, WOW & NOW may offer another suitable resolution, including a refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Products

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to their nature, hygiene requirements, customization or other applicable conditions.

These may include:

  • Products that have been used, damaged or altered after delivery
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Products without original packaging or accessories
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse
  • Products specifically marked as Non-Returnable on the product page

The return eligibility mentioned on the individual product page will take precedence where applicable.

Important Notes

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
  • WOW & NOW reserves the right to reject a return if the product does not meet the return eligibility conditions.
  • Refunds are subject to successful inspection and approval of the returned product.
  • Any promotional benefits, discounts or free gifts associated with an order may be adjusted or become ineligible when a product is returned.
